We know your furry friends are eagerly waiting for their new treats and toys! Our small but highly dedicated team works tirelessly behind the scenes. Please give us 1 to 5 working days to sniff out the best items, pack them securely, and dispatch them. The moment the postie collects your box, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can wait by the door together.

Delivery Speeds

  • Standard Delivery (7-14 Working Days): £3.99. If you spend over £10 spoiling your pet, we’ll treat you to FREE standard shipping!

  • Expedited Delivery (3-10 Working Days): £7.99. Choose this if that tail just can't stop wagging and you need it ASAP.

Travelling Across the Pond

We love shipping to pets all over the world! Just be aware that international customs sniffer dogs need to do their checks, which can sometimes add a few days of delay that we can't control. All import taxes and duties must be paid by the human (the customer) upon arrival.
